Return and exchange

Exchange and return conditions

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to return/exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.


Exchange or return of goods of proper quality

According to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer may return or exchange the goods for a similar one within 14 days from the date of purchase, if it does not fit in shape, size, color or for other reasons and the goods have not been used, have not been installed and the product appearance has been preserved, there are settlement documents issued by the seller. When exchanging or returning goods of proper quality, the delivery of the goods is carried out exclusively at the expense of the buyer.

Goods of proper quality that have been cut/opened in size, contain defects and damage, with violation of the characteristics of the original packaging, are not subject to return and exchange.


Exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality

The buyer has the right to return (or exchange for a similar one) the goods purchased by him within 14 days if the goods have significant defects that arose due to the fault of the manufacturer or seller. If the buyer discovers minor defects of the goods that do not affect the operational properties of the goods, the buyer may demand their elimination free of charge. To apply for a return or exchange of goods, it is necessary to provide the original of the invoice issued by the seller when making a purchase in our store or call our numbers specified in the "Contacts" section


Damage to goods during transportation by transport companies.

When receiving the goods at the branch or from a representative of the carrier company, we ask (!) our Clients to check the integrity of the packaging and the goods themselves directly at the branch. We do not accept claims regarding the integrity of the goods that arose due to the fault of the carrier during its transportation and are not responsible for this. Our company sends the goods in good condition, properly packs them and, most importantly, insures them for the full cost. Therefore, our Clients may, in accordance with the established procedure, demand reimbursement of the cost (partial or full, depending on the degree of damage to the goods) from the carrier of the goods.

Procedure for crediting funds to the buyer during the return

The funds will be returned within 7-10 business days after a complete inspection of the goods and checking their condition and making sure that there are no damages or defects in the goods, the original packaging, and the receipt for the purchase of the goods are preserved. The funds are returned by crediting the buyer's details by transferring them to the buyer's personal bank account.
